Role OverviewThe Program/Project Management Specialist II will provide tactical project management, analytical, and operational support to the TSA Vetting Analysis Division (VAD). The role will assist in tracking project milestones, documenting business and system requirements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitating communication across VAD program areas.
What You Will Do
The person in this role will assist with day-to-day tracking of project schedules, action items, and deliverables, draft content for Monthly Status Reports, and support requirements-gathering sessions with operational stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task-tracking abilities
- Must be able to successfully pass and maintain a TSA Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust suitability determination
