Job Description
DT Professional Services is seeking a Program Manager/Project Manager II to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA, responsible for providing technical expertise in planning, direction, and execution of contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Masters Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, M.B.A or other technical degree
  • 12 years of relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
  • Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Conceptual knowledge of US Navy Combat Systems
  • Foreign Military Sales familiarity
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills
  • Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it related to program execution
  • Program and personnel management
  • Strong experience within financial management and risk management policies and assessment
  • Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
  • Program management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
