Job Description
We are a mission-driven team dedicated to providing person-centered supports to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are looking for a Program Quality Coordinator to ensure high-quality services and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, social work, or psychology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Human Services field
  • At least two years of experience in quality assurance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build, review, and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IDD Supports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
