Role OverviewAs a Program Recruiter, you will support the successful recruitment of our Expert Network, sourcing and interviewing amazing talent and coordinating interview scheduling, all while providing white-glove experience to all candidates and internally to our hiring teams.
What You Will Do
Facilitate full cycle recruitment, provide white glove candidate experience, generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies, maintain and track candidate pipelines, process offers, and support administrative processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting at high volume
- Tech recruiting experience a plus
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus)
- High degree of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong communication ability and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT
