Job Description
Gresham Smith is seeking a Program Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in a related discipline and 2 or more years of project scheduling experience. The role involves creating, monitoring, and analyzing project schedules, as well as tracking progress and identifying critical activities.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • 2 or more years of project scheduling experience using work breakdown structure and critical path method (CPM)
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Ability to learn Georgia Department of Transportation systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to understand firm operations, policies, and procedures, preferably within the Architectural/Engineering industry
  • Proficiency in office equipment (personal computers, calculators, copiers)
  • Skill in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Project
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and Smartsheet project management software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and communication tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without immediate or constant supervision
