Job Description
CMTS is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support aviation, transportation, and public infrastructure capital improvement programs throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 5–12 years of scheduling experience supporting aviation, transportation, infrastructure, or public sector capital improvement programs
  • Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and project controls methodologies
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules, schedule updates, and time impact analyses
  • Certifications / Licenses: PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
  • CCM (Certified Construction Manager) preferred
  • Software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Procore, e-Builder, Microsoft 365
  • Ability to travel throughout Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia project locations as required
