Job Description
The Program Specialist will be responsible for training, scheduling, and evaluation of Medicare Assistance Program volunteer counselors, as well as providing direct counseling to Medicare beneficiaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in Health/Human Service, Social Services or Health Admin non-profit setting
  • Volunteer management and outreach support experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare and long-term care Medicaid
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
