Role OverviewThe Program Specialist V performs advanced consultative services and technical assistance work, working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment. The role involves carrying out day-to-day activities of the Board Relations team, providing technical assistance, and implementing quality assurance procedures.

The Program Specialist V will perform various tasks, including using project management software to plan and assign tasks, preparing management reports, providing training and conducting presentations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal policies and procedures.

- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
- Six months of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Program Specialist IV or Program Supervisor IV with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications
