Role OverviewThe Program Specialist III performs complex consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Supports Benefits Accuracy Measurement (BAM) operations within the Unemployment Insurance Data Analysis department.
What You Will Do
Prepare BAM case files on a weekly basis, perform data entry for BAM case results into a federal database, generate correspondence, create mail merges, and mail letters from the TWC Main Office.
