Job Description
Provide leadership, coordination, and technical assistance to support the implementation of behavior analytic services across the district. Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new BCBAs and behavior staff, provide direct supervision and coaching for BCBAs and RBTs, and support implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, School Psychology, or Education
  • Experience in behavior intervention, specifically with children aged 3-21
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Prior public school experience preferred
