Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Specialist to assist resident-neighbors to understand, engage, and progress through our programs. The Program Specialist will play a vital role in motivating, prompting, and training skills such as memory compensation, schedule-keeping, way finding, emotional self-regulation, social interaction, and self-advocacy.
What You Will Do
Assist resident-neighbors to understand, engage, and progress through the program by motivating, prompting, and training skills. Motivate and encourage resident-neighbors to participate in activities and programs.

Requirements
- AA degree or experience in a health care environment preferred
- HS diploma/GED required
- Energetic, even-tempered, and good communicator
- Ability to accept constructive criticism, think independently, keep promises, and adhere to policies
