Role OverviewThe Program Specialist provides oversight and support for individuals receiving Pennsylvania Waiver or Base Funded Services in unlicensed programs, including In-Home and Community Support (IHCS). This role supports quality service delivery, staff supervision, ISP implementation, documentation, and coordination of services.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include overseeing client services, documentation, and records, supervising and supporting direct care staff, participating in ISP meetings, completing assessments and progress reports, monitoring service utilization, and supporting clients and families with accessing community resources.

Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- College degree is not required; relevant human services coursework or education is preferred
- Knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, goal writing, and documentation practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively
- Meet applicable ODP training and qualification requirements for assigned unlicensed services
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation, and required vehicle documentation
- Ability to successfully complete required background and health and safety clearances
