Job Description
The Office of Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Care Coordination Services, within the Bureau of Mental Health, is responsible for managing access to specialty treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination services for adults with Serious Mental Illness across NYC. This role involves negotiations of services, liaison with state regulatory bodies, providing technical assistance to providers, and monitoring program performance. Requirements

  • Negotiate copes and budgets for behavioral health treatment and care coordination services.
  • Maintain liaison with state regulatory bodies and community groups.
  • Monitor adherence to scopes of service, budgets, relevant regulations and policies.
  • Provide technical assistance to providers.
  • Conduct and facilitate provider meetings.
  • Identify and recommend programmatic improvements.
