Job Description
As a Program Sr Manager at GCI, you will be responsible for supervising technical and administrative staff, managing profitability and revenue growth of assigned programs, and ensuring quality of program products and services. You will also perform business development activities, program financial management, and coordinate sub-contractor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • At least three years total experience as a program/project manager on projects
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and budget of contract against mission requirements and priorities
  • Experience interacting with customer stakeholders, COTRs, and contract officers
  • Excellent time management, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • PMP Certification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing contractor workforce
  • Instructional design experience including curriculum and course material development
