Role OverviewThis position supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit to strengthen the community. Collaborates with the Program & Summer Camp Director to promote healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. Serves as a role model for other staff and participants.
What You Will Do
Collaborates with the Program & Summer Camp Director to create and lead staff and volunteers in executing campaigns, programs, camps, sports leagues and/or curriculum for the advancement of the YMCA while ensuring safety, licensing standard, and the YMCAs reputation, and providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire
- Team player, with superb interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, lead others, work independently, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
- General computer skills with the ability to effectively learn and use new software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record with access to personal vehicle preferred
- MRTQ Certifications within 30 days of hire
