Job Description
The Program Supervisor - Youth Services provides leadership to a team of staff who provide community-based crisis intervention services to runaway and homeless youth. The Supervisor provides case consultation, strengths-based coaching and feedback, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Experience supporting families who have experienced trauma and effective crisis intervention skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish preferred
