Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a Program Supervisor to work in the Division of Fraud Deterrence and Compliance in Austin. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy development and interpretation, and will be responsible for supervising program staff and implementing programs.

Requirements

  • Six months of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
  • One year of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency for Program Supervisor II
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications
  • Payday law experience
  • Experience in interpreting and enforcing laws, statutes, rules and procedures
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Personal computer skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel experience
