Role Overview

The Program Supervisor II provides experience-based competencies and administrative assistance to further efforts of the program staff to fulfill the contracted goals and objectives. The role involves supervising program staff, providing expertise, and monitoring service delivery, while providing information to the Director, highlighting progress in reaching goals.

What You Will Do

The Program Supervisor II will achieve grant objectives by supervising program staff, providing expertise, and monitoring service delivery. They will also coordinate day-to-day operations, conduct weekly case conferencing, and monthly case files audits to ensure participant records are complete and accurate.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization, leading programs, projects, or staff. They will also have experience with managing public contacts, report development for public funders, and knowledge about community resources.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
  • Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients
  • Associate's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience (2 years)
  • 12 Months of supervisory experience in a social services organization (leading programs, projects, or staff)
