Job Description
Mentor Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans, supervise a team of Caregivers, and provide support to individuals receiving services. This is a great opportunity to gain supervisory skills and experience while making a difference in the lives of those you serve.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' IDD experience
  • 1+ years' supervisory experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience
  • Vehicle - registered & insured
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
