Job Description
Mentor Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience
  • Vehicle: car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
