Job Description
Program Supervisor position provides clinical oversight and mentorship to designated staff and/or shifts, while maintaining a hands-on presence in service delivery when needed. The role is part of the COPE and LETI programs that intersect directly with community crisis response and law enforcement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 2 years of behavioral health experience and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification
  • Valid, non-provisional driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances
  • Strong understanding of recovery-oriented and culturally competent care
