Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking a Program Supervisor to facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervise a team of Caregivers. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport with team members and those being served. The Program Supervisor will provide support to individuals receiving services, including daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, while also facilitating community involvement and overseeing staff hiring, training, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
