Job Description
D&S Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans, supervise a team of Caregivers, and provide support to individuals receiving services.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Caregiving experience
  • Active/valid driver's license with 1 year of clean driving history
  • Availability to be on-call as needed
