Role OverviewThe Program Supervisor is a key leadership role at a co-occurring SUD/Mental Health outpatient treatment center. The position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated services that reflect a harm reduction philosophy and client-centered approach to recovery.
What You Will Do
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to SUD counselors and support staff, review documentation for accuracy and compliance, and guide clinical staff in case planning and service delivery.

Requirements
- Certified or qualified to supervise SUD counseling staff per Oregon standards
- Lived experience with substance use and/or mental health challenges
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SUD and co-occurring treatment settings
- Demonstrated knowledge of harm reduction principles and inclusive recovery models
- Familiarity with Oregon Outpatient Behavioral Health OARs and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
