Role OverviewThe Program Supervisor is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs. This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field.
What You Will Do
Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs, monitor and coordinate services, provide training for employees, conduct monthly staff meetings, and assist with daily living tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License
- Background clearance
