Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
