Role OverviewThe Program Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the day program, ensuring services are compliant and person-centered. They will provide leadership and supervision to staff, monitor program activities and staffing, and assure the coordination and implementation of daily schedules for all participants.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coordinating implementation and monitoring of all center-based and community opportunities, experiences, and training, while ensuring active engagement of all participants. The Program Supervisor will also demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system.

The ideal candidate will be very well-organized, with strong leadership and communication skills, and comfortable using technology to support documentation, scheduling, and compliance requirements. Experience working with disabled adults and knowledge of DDA services, person-centered planning, and billing systems are preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Full driver's license
- Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience and less than 2 points on driving record
- Experience working with disabled adults (preferred)
- Computer skills
- Supervisory experience
- DDA and ICM experience (a plus)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
