What You Will Do
The Program Supervisor will work with women with developmental disabilities in a residential program, providing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals. They will assist in developing care plans and promote a safe and positive environment.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years old and have a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years relevant experience
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in another human service area or in a health care field preferred
- Associates or bachelor degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Required to successfully complete the OPWDD fingerprinting clearance
