Role OverviewThe Program Supervisor will support and supervise DSP staff, overseeing the operation of KCARC's Residential homes. The role requires maintaining a flexible schedule, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. The Program Supervisor will promote the mission and values of KCARC through personal example and provide educational opportunities.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include executing home visits, providing daily support, managing schedules, approving/denying PTO requests, and ensuring accurate billing entries. The Program Supervisor will also assist with safety drills, pest control, and maintaining a clean environment.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Maintain reliable transportation available for use during working hours
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability coverage
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
