Role OverviewAs the Program Supervisor, you will work closely with the Program Director to lead and support the Supportive Housing outreach team. Your role will focus on empowering program participants to achieve independence and integrate into the community. By employing a strength-based approach, you will guide staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and mentorship to succeed.

Key responsibilities include supervising service delivery, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. You will design and oversee program services, ensure accurate participant files, and prepare progress reports.
