Role OverviewThe Program Supervisor for our Muncie locations play a key role in delivering high-quality services to individuals by combining direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs, monitoring and coordinating services to the individual, providing training for employees, conducting monthly staff meetings, and assisting with daily living tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred
