Role OverviewAs a Program Supervisor with Sevita, you'll lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality care and compliance. You'll also help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities take part in and enjoy their community.
What You Will Do
You'll lead, coach, and support a team, help hire and train staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure each person's support plan is followed and documented accurately. You'll also step in when needed with meal prep, personal care, and medication administration.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of caregiving experience
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in direct care, IDD services, or human services is a strong plus
- Age 18+
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Able to pass a background check
- Strong communication and organization skills
