Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor/Group Home Manager position is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly supervisor role.

Requirements

  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program
  • Provide direct support for individuals
  • Document records and reports
  • Assist with program planning and implementation
  • Manage individual assets and funds
  • Implement Sevita compliance plan
  • Monitor and ensure employee safety and workers' compensation
