Job Description
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position requires someone who has had a valid driver's license for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita's insure-ability policy. The Program Supervisor will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties, supervise a team of Caregivers, and provide support to individuals receiving services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
