Role Overview

The Director, Program Support Division provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and comprehensive administrative oversight for all business and program support functions. Operating within a highly regulated federal government contracting environment, the Director is responsible for the administration, compliance, and optimization of core administrative functions: accounting and financial management, federal contract administration, human resources, information technology, multi-faceted logistics (including transportation, vehicle and radio maintenance systems, and supply chains), as well as strategic talent acquisition.

Provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and comprehensive administrative oversight for all business and program support functions. Responsible for the administration, compliance, and optimization of core administrative functions: accounting and financial management, federal contract administration, human resources, information technology, multi-faceted logistics (including transportation, vehicle and radio maintenance systems, and supply chains), as well as strategic talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a closely related field
  • Twelve years of progressively responsible business management experience, with at least five years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity
  • Direct experience managing business operations within a federal government contracting environment, ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a DOE 'Q' security clearance
