Role OverviewThe Program Support Specialist will work under the direction of an administrator, performing clerical tasks and assisting with departmental procedures. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible clerical experience.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will perform various clerical tasks, including typing and data entry, and assist with departmental procedures. They will also be required to provide proof of completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have experience with student database programs, a college degree or college units in business or related fields, and/or secretarial training. They will also be required to obtain a typing certificate with a minimum of 50 NET WPM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent
- Typing certificate with a minimum of 50 NET WPM (not more than two years old)
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible clerical experience
- Experience with student data base programs (desirable)
- College degree or college units in business or related field and/or secretarial training (desirable)
