Job Description
Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions to lead healthy and productive lives. Perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at our Madison location.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prefer experience dealing with the public or some courses in a social sciences field
  • Working knowledge of Windows 95 or higher required
  • Previous experience with Word, Excel, and MS Outlook preferred
  • Previous data entry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle incoming calls on a multiple-line phone system
  • Must be flexible to work at various GCB sites
  • Position may require occasional driving of your own vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record may be required
