Role OverviewThe Program Manager / Task Order Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of federal government services and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position directly contributes to customer satisfaction, contract retention, revenue growth, and organizational success.
What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned federal contracts, IDIQ vehicles, and task orders, serving as the primary operational point of contact for government customers and stakeholders. Ensure contract requirements, milestones, deliverables, SOW/PWS/SOO requirements, and performance objectives are met through effective program plans, schedules, staffing plans, and performance tracking.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing federal government contracts, task orders, or complex programs, including IDIQ contracts and multiple simultaneous task orders.
- PMP certification is preferred.
