Role Overview

Join our team as a Program Therapist and play a vital role in addressing the bio-psychosocial needs of patients. As a compassionate and skilled mental health professional, you will provide social services, guide patients in accessing therapeutic treatment skills, and contribute to their overall well-being.

What You Will Do

Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling, collaborate with community agencies, evaluate and document interventions, and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a Master's degree in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field, valid Washington state license, and at least two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility. Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field
  • Valid Washington state license in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility
  • Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
