Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and engaging Program Training Specialist to support our behavioral health programs through high-quality training facilitations, coordination, and compliance-focused data management.
Requirements
Facilitate and coordinate essential trainings such as CPR/First Aid, trauma-informed care, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible training records and data.
Ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to provide exceptional care.
Support organizational compliance and reporting efforts.
Partner with leadership to enhance training programs and support continuous improvement efforts.
