Role OverviewThe Programme Manager will oversee and implement work processes and operational procedures for Schenker Project Operations offices. This includes managing staffing for projects, identifying training needs, and assisting with audits and project milestone reporting. The role requires a deep understanding of US laws and regulations regarding imports and exports, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key personnel and solutions.
What You Will Do
The Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring teams are fully functioning, staffed correctly, and that work processes are mapped and monitored to ensure smooth transactions and visibility. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and providing creative solutions when issues are escalated, as well as recruiting, interviewing, and processing new operations personnel.
