Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for the development, design, and implementation of customizable CRM solutions supporting a large-scale contact center environment. You will work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and any future enhancements. You will take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include working with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive implementation of technical solutions. You will also have hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.

Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
- 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
- 4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
- Strong experience migrating from Classic to Lightning.
- Experience migrating legacy Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites.
- 5+ years of experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization, or equivalent experience with similar scheduling products.
- 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
