Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project / Contracts Administrator to support projects from contract award through closeout. This role is critical in ensuring accurate project setup, billing alignment, documentation management, and compliance with contract requirements.
What You Will Do
Review and process contract documents, purchase orders, and project awards. Coordinate project setup and ensure accurate entry of project information into company systems. Support project managers with contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, contract administration, or related experience

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
