The company is looking for a Project Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and utility infrastructure projects. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience in project management, account management, customer service, or commercial operations within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

What You Will Do

The Project Account Manager will be responsible for building trusted customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle of customer orders, coordinating with operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams, and providing customers with visibility on production status, lead times, shipments, and key milestones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or commercial operations within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and projects from order receipt through final delivery
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, forecasting, customer demand, and margin considerations
  • Exposure to fabrication scheduling, manufacturing planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations preferred
  • Experience with anchor bolts, anchor cages, threaded products, structural steel foundation systems, utility hardware, or related products preferred
