Job Description
Project Accountant / Construction Controller supports financial accounting and reporting. This role manages internal and external financial reporting, design, and controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading departments, implementing strategic plans, and managing contracts and financial statements.

Requirements

  • Hire, supervise, and evaluate direct reports
  • Develop a department and individual plans of action
  • Manage accounts payables, accounts receivables, and collections
  • Preparing for Sales and Use tax returns
  • Overseeing contract billings and coordinating lien rights
  • Monitoring/Approving CDM journal entries
