Job Description
We are a leading Texas-based design and construction company looking for a Project Accountant to manage 100+ projects at a time, generate invoices, and provide weekly updates on past due customer accounts. As a key member of our construction team, you will investigate project variances, conference with clients, and maintain relationships with key departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction accounting and billing
  • Proficient in AIA billing documentation, lien waivers, and Texas Lien Law processes
  • Experience with commercial and TXDOT projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Viewpoint or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with GC Pay billing software at both general contractor and subcontractor levels
