Role OverviewThe Project Accountant is responsible for monitoring project progress, investigating variances, approving expenses, and ensuring timely project payments. This role is based in the Corporate Office in Madison, WI, and requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly owner payment applications, sworn statements, lien documentation, and other supporting documents. Monitor project costs and billings, research and resolve tax and contract questions, and prepare financial closeout documentation.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in accounting or related degree
- CPA preferred, not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
