Role OverviewFlippo Construction Company, Inc. is looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Project Accountant to join our growing team. The Project Accountant will play an important role in supporting our projects from startup through completion, ensuring accurate job costing, timely subcontractor payments, and smooth financial operations.
What You Will Do
Manage project accounting activities, including job costing and project financial reporting, process and manage subcontractor invoices and payments, assist with project startup and setup, work collaboratively with project teams and all levels of management, help identify and resolve accounting and project-related issues, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
- 3+ years of construction accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with job costing
- Experience processing subcontractor invoicing and payments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with job cost accounting software
- Experience with Viewpoint, HeavyJob, and/or Access is a plus
