Job Description
As a Project Accountant at HDR, you will be responsible for client invoicing, collections management, project budgeting, and contract documentation. You will work with project managers and staff to provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues. You will also assist with A/P, time sheets, and expense reports, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
