Role OverviewThe Project Administrator I will be responsible for providing support to the project staff by assisting in the day-to-day operations of the project team, on projects up to $5M with 50-100 onsite employees. The role involves ensuring accurate employee time tracking, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with new hire onboarding. The Project Administrator I will also be responsible for maintaining electronic project files, assisting with invoice coding and approvals, and requesting and tracking sub insurance certificates.
What You Will Do
The Project Administrator I will perform various tasks such as ensuring accurate employee time tracking, maintaining office supplies, assisting with new hire onboarding, maintaining electronic project files, assisting with invoice coding and approvals, requesting and tracking sub insurance certificates, preparing and submitting client billings and lien releases, and obtaining and submitting client-specific contractual requirements.
